Pale pink color. Clean and bright. Very intense nose with aroma of red fruits, lollipop, sweets. Slight notes of cherry liqueur. In the mouth it is direct, very fresh, intense and, as in the nose, very fruity. Good structure and sparkling finish. Persistent.
It is extracted after a 6-hour film maceration at 8ºC and yolk must is fermented at 14ºC. After fermentation, it is kept for 1 month with its fine lees with daily batonage. Natural stabilization in the cold of winter. Very smooth filtering.
