Intense red with bluish rims. Powerful aromas of red fruits mixed with notes of violets. Spicy notes in the background. In the mouth it is surprisingly fresh and fruity. Very soft and silky tannins.
Cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at low temperature (22-24ºC) with very gentle handling of the skins to control the extraction of tannins and promote freshness. Discover early and malolactic fermentation. Aging in French oak barrels. Very smooth filtering.
