Cherry red color with a good layer of color. Intense nose, with notes of red fruit, liquorice and toasted nuances. Elegant on the palate with good structure and persistence. Very soft tannins. Numerous spices and cedar notes appear in the aftertaste.
Night harvest. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature, up to 28-30ºC. Several daily pump-overs and delestages are carried out in order to extract the greatest possible potential from the skins, which will play an important role during aging. After malolactic fermentation, aging in 225-liter American and French oak barrels for at least 12 months. Unfiltered wine.
