Powerful ruby red with a fairly high robe. On the nose the fruits of the forest predominate on a toasted and spicy background. It shows great acidity, perfectly combined with soft but intense tannins. Its powerful and voluminous entry into the mouth gives way to a fresh and spicy finish. Very persistent and balsamic.
Night harvest. Cold maceration for 48 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature, up to 28-30ºC. Several daily pump-overs and delestages are carried out in order to extract the greatest possible potential from the skins, which will play an important role during aging. Its great acidity and ripe tannins allow us to macerate after fermentation for up to 30-40 days. Aging in 225-liter new French oak barrels for at least 12 months. Unfiltered wine.
