It is a wine with a beautiful ruby color and aromas of ripe red and black fruits on a toasted oak background. In the mouth it is elegant, mature, tasty and persistent. Its passage through French oak gives it elegant aromas that are blurred with ripe fruit.
Night harvest. Cold maceration for 48-72 hours. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Constant work on the skins with several pump-overs per day and some delestage to extract all the potential (tannins, polyphenols, etc.) from their skins. After malolactic fermentation, it ages for 6 months in 225-liter oak barrels.
