
ALBAE TEMPRANILLO
Ruby red with intense violet reflections. It has a very high aromatic intensity, highlighting the notes of fresh red fruits, such as strawberries, cherries and raspberries. In the mouth it has a fresh and direct entry. Its wonderful acidity stands out in perfect balance with fruit flavors and notes of liquorice.
Elaboration
Cold maceration for 24 hours. It is fermented at a low temperature, in order to maintain the fruit and very smooth movements are made throughout the fermentation. Discover early and malolactic fermentation.
